Do message credits expire at the end of the month?
NO. All credit packages feature Unlimited Lifetime Validity. Your credits never expire, and you are never charged recurring monthly subscription fees. You only pay for the message credits you need.
How does volume pricing work?
The more credits you purchase upfront, the lower your effective rate per message drops (from ~$0.0038/msg on Starter down to ~$0.0020/msg on volume tiers). You can top-up additional credits at any time without losing existing balance.
How does the Reseller account allocate credits?
Resellers purchase a master credit pool (e.g., 500,000 credits). When you create a client subaccount (e.g. for an organization or retail store), you can allocate any portion (e.g., 5,000) to their account. If needed, you can reclaim unspent credits back to your master pool anytime.
Can the Super Admin give extra credits or adjust plans?
Yes. Super Admins can manually adjust or credit any account directly from the Admin Panel. Every adjustment requires a mandatory audit reason text and is recorded in the permanent audit ledger.
Is there any ban risk for my WhatsApp number?
We built our proprietary Anti-Ban Jitter Engine specifically to protect phone numbers. It enforces randomized intervals between messages, simulates human typing status, and respects burst limits.
Can I connect multiple phone numbers?
Yes! Depending on your chosen package, you can connect 1, 3, 5, 15, or custom enterprise device connections with separate permanent device IDs.
